Sprint Cell Phones No Contract were one of the first No Contract Cell Phones in the market, however a small disadvantage involving telemarketers disturbed its users. The FTC has decided to ban robocalls sometimes called pre-recorded commercial calls. Violators of this new law and ban could be up against fines as high as $16,000. But it is only commercial solicitations that are a part of the ban, cautions and reminders from firms that a customer could have may not be banned. As an example, a robocall from the bank saying that an overdraft charge has taken place will be exempted from this ban.
Telemarketers, knowing this day would come, have just begun phasing out their bots and replacing them with live callers. So while the nuisance may remain it is still sort of a win for landline and sprint Cell Phones users alike. Those clients who are bothered by any solicitation, robot or alternatively, can always have their number put on the nation’s do not Call Registry list. This could get rid of the problem fully.
The best thing about Sprint cell phones is you can already screen your calls and any unavailable, unknown or blocked out numbers, unless expected, can be screened by the user at their discreetness. However it is still pleasant to know the government has listened to the people, and while in the grand scheme of things it isn’t a big deal, it is still good to know that our voice was heard. Jon leibowitz, the F. T. C manager had this to claim on the matter : “American consumers have made it crystal clear that few things irritate them more than the uncountable billions of commercial telemarketing robocalls they receive each year. ” that is well declared and true.
So while smartphone creativity remains the key talk about the Sprint cell phone world it is nice know that the cellular community has an entire is moving forward, getting more progressive and making the cell phone industry the way in which we desire it. It is being molded in our hands as we speak, and if we speak, we are able to continue to mold it. There is a reason the cell phone industry went from cell phones to smart phones, because the numbers and the people showed the corporations something evident. The people want smart phones. Now, that is what we are getting. So keep talking up so we can lead this technical ship the direction we see most fitting. That way we may have a direct influence and make the very best choices for our swift future, which is what we all desire, right?
