Then you really need do a little research of your own into weight training lore, with an eye towards best practices and safe routines. Weight training may appear frightening, but it’s no kind of deadly than any other physical endeavor of profitable pursuit. Get the elementals down pat, most notably proper form and adequate recovery and nourishment, and you will be nearly halfway there to a powerful life, arthritis be damned!
